Introducing the New Way to Submit Requests

We've wanted to continue this trend of utilizing the human element of what we offer, while streamlining your requests and making it easier and more efficient for our design team to handle them. That's why we're now allowing you to submit requests 24/7 right inside of Slack, instantly sending them to our design team for review. This is rolling out Wednesday, March 18th.

To do this, login to your Slack channel either via a web browser, desktop application, or mobile application.

• For desktop and web browser Slack windows, you'll now see a lightning bolt in the top bar to the right of your channel name. Once you click the lightning bolt, you'll see an option to "Submit Design Request." A message will pop-up in your channel with a button to click. Click Start, and a pop-up will appear asking you to fill out some information. Once you click Submit, your request is immediately sent to our design team.
• On mobile, you will head to your channel page and click the bolded channel title at the top. From there, you'll see a button titled Submit Design Request. A message will pop-up in your channel with a button to click. Click Start, and a pop-up will appear asking you to fill out some information. Once you click Submit, your request is immediately sent to our design team.

If you have changes to make to your request, or are curious on the status, simply just message our team or your director inside the Slack channel and we'll be happy to update you.
