There are few things in life more frustrating than email. If you haven't heard of Hey yet (how could you miss the VC's tweeting about it obsessively?) now is the time to check it out. It doesn't work with work email quite yet, but it does serve as an awesome alternative to your personal email. You can even forward email from various addresses into your Hey account to make the transition seamless. Some on the byDesign team have given it a go and like it so far. Traditionally, our team uses Miro to map things out visually (and we love it). But if you're in a quick meeting, need to demonstrate something that you can't quite put into words, or you just want to share your thoughts on the fly, Witeboard is the way to go.
