Marketing Hours are the credits or time for specialized marketing projects, which vary for each subscription plan. Once we learn about your goals and marketing strategy, we help you make the most of your Marketing Hours by recommending which Specialists to spend them on. You can use them for email, content, paid ads, copy, and more and they can be used however you need.
You can add as many team members to the Workspace as you’d like. Our Workspace is easy to use and integrating it into your workflow is as simple as click a tab on your browser and accessing all your projects. Workspace allows you to integrate your team or marketing department so everyone is on the same page, can submit requests, and manage things on their own.
In giving more power to the player, we’ve decided contracts were old-news. You are free to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime — just like your favorite streaming service.
Your dedicated Success Manager is the main point of contact for everything you do here at byDesign. They coordinate and manage requests, while serving as the middle-man between yourself, Designers, and Specialists. They are here to make sure things are running smoothly and aligned with your goals.
Video calls are allocated on a monthly basis. You can use these thirty-minute blocks to chat through a specific project with a Specialist, or talk marketing goals with your Success Manager. These all take place with video via Google Meet.
